Energy Economics
E-Factor employs many methods to limit project expenses, including:
- Project Financing – Incentive Applications – BC Hydro, Manitoba Hydro, NRCan, Fortis BC
- Energy Utility Accounting – Custom Database Solutions
- Utility Rate Optimization
- Class C Cost Estimates
- Budget Forecasting
Due to low energy costs in some parts of Canada, increased efficiency may have long payback periods. E-Factor analyzes project costs and looks closely at facility energy use to ensure projects are in the client's fiscal interest.
E-Factor uses a custom energy accounting MSAccess/SQL server database E-Tracker to manage and report energy use to clients. Currently we are managing over 800 utility accounts for the Lower Mainland Health Authority.
